Viewing customers

Viewing alert requests by customer can be helpful to identify engaged customers. Exporting the data can also be used to import newsletter subscribers into other email marketing tools. 

Customers List

This view will show all customers that have signed up for at least one alert in the last 30 days by default. It will also indicate whether they have given their consent to be newsletter marketing on at least one of these alert requests. 

This list of customers can be found by clicking View all customers from the dashboard.

Customer detail 

Click on an individual customer to learn more the particular products that they're interested in and if they have placed an order.

Export all customers

You can also export all customers to a CSV spreadsheet. This can be useful when importing newsletter subscriber data into your email marketing tool.
